TREAD Request Form

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we are announcing a voluntary recall of all Peloton Treads. The touchscreen may become loose and fall off, posing a risk of injury.

We are already developing a repair for your Tread which we hope will be available soon. Until this repair is available, you have the following options:

  • Full Refund: If you do not wish to wait for a repair and would like to return your Tread for a full refund, you may do so by continuing to fill out this form.

  • Wait for Free Repair: Peloton intends to work closely with the CPSC to have an approved repair available for you in the coming weeks, free of charge. In the interim, please immediately stop use of your Tread.
