TREAD Request Form

We are contacting you about an important safety announcement concerning the Peloton Tread. Please read this notice carefully and retain it for reference. Unfortunately, we must ask you to stop using your Tread and ensure that no-one else uses it. This is because the touchscreen may become loose and fall off, posing a risk of injury.

If your Tread was recently serviced or replaced, either in order to try to resolve this issue or for some other reason, there is a still a risk that your Tread's touchscreen may become loose and fall off. As a result, you should stop using your Tread and please ensure that no-one else uses it.

We are already developing a repair for your Tread which we hope will be available soon. Until this repair is available, you have the following options:

  • Full Refund: If you do not wish to wait for a repair and would like to return your Tread for a full refund, you may do so by continuing to fill out this form.

  • Wait for Free Repair: In the interim, please immediately stop use of your Tread.
